Module 2: CRE Business Development
This is a favorite topic in our training! Mark brings a career in strategic marketing communications to the CRE industry. This is all about “positioning” and what it takes to build a business, build your brand, effectively market listings, and so much more. We will review relevant real-world examples of what to do and how to do it both strategically and practically. This business development training applies to nearly any business even though we will be specific to our industry. If you don’t show and tell them how you can serve them, it’s much tougher for them to hire you.
Module 3: Valuing Commercial & Investment Properties
This is it! The nuts and bolts of CRE. If you don't understand valuation, you simply don't belong in our business. Mark & Hayden are going to keep what can be complex, as simple as possible for you. They will not only review valuation methodology and how to underwrite an asset, they will also provide you the spreadsheets to do this on your own.
Module 4: Due Diligence & Transaction Management
More must-know info! You can't structure a commercial deal if you don't understand the due diligence process. There's so much that goes into commercial brokerage due diligence. We'll give you the checklist so you can be sure to cover all the bases the right way for your own deals. Plus, if you can't manage the transaction, you're going to end up in hot water. Learn from the experts how to get the deal to the finish line.
Module 5: Achieving Top Producer Status
Mark has been teaching thousands of agents how to become a Top Producing Broker or Team for many years. No, not everyone is going to be a mega producer. That's okay.
