Ivan Alvarado joined Results Commercial in 2024, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate, asset management, and development. Ivan helps clients buy, sell, and develop commercial properties for business and investment purposes throughout the Twin Cities.

Before joining Results Commercial, Ivan worked as an Asset Manager for The Ackerberg Group and as a Senior Development Associate at Alatus LLC, specializing in multifamily housing developments. Ivan also founded Noble Stories LLC, a construction and development firm based in South Minneapolis. Ivan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Sociology, and Global Studies from the University of Minnesota, a Master’s degree in Bilingual and Multicultural Education from the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares in Spain, and an MBA with a focus in Real Estate Development from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business.

He is a tri-leader of the Commercial Real Estate Diversity Collaborative (CREDC), a graduate of the Urban Land Institute’s Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI), and a 2023 cohort member of LatinoLEAD’s Avanzando Liderazgo Program (ALP).

When not working, Ivan enjoys raising his son with his wife, playing soccer, and contributing to community-driven real estate initiatives.
